Vinification: South/west exposition, 5430 vines/ha, yield 90 ha, height 265 m a.s.l.
Vineyard: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for about 22 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank. Refining in steel tanks for 20 months and in bottle for another 4 months.
Tasting: Bright ruby red color, it opens with hints of blackberry and cherries, passing then over to more evolved scents of chocolate and aromatic herbs. Dry, soft, with exceptional tannins. A well balanced wine that ensures an elegant drinkability.
Food pairing: Perfect with grilled meat or medium-aged cheeses.
