Harvest: Manual in small cases.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, after a few hours of steeping, the skins are separated from the must; fermentation then continues at 16 degrees. Ageing in stainless steel for two months.
Tasting:Light pink, bright, very fragrant, from pink grapefruit to floral scents of rose. Excellent drinkability thanks to the perfect balance of nose and mouth.
Food pairing: Rose wine has a wide possibility of combining, from generic starters of cold cuts, to fried and savory fish like octopus.
