Harvest: Manual in small cases.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 15 days, with cold pre-maceration on the skins at a temperature between 0° and 4°c for 5 days. Malolactic fermentation in tank. Refining in steel tanks for 12 months and in bottle for another 12 months.
Tasting: Of bright ruby red color and aromas of red fruit, sour cherry, plum, violets. Pleasantly cool at the palate, well-balanced.
Food pairing: Easy to appreciate with grilled meat.
