Vinification: Extra-soft pressing of the grapes with separation of the must from the skins, it is purified at low temperature, afterwards the alcoholic fermentation is made with selected yeasts in tanks at a controlled temperature between 14-16 ° c until the complete exhaustion of the sugars. Part of the viognier is fermented in barrique, it is subsequently aged in steel tanks at a temperature of about 15 °c until bottling. Wine with a strong personality, it promises interesting developments.
Tasting: Light straw yellow color, it opens onto pleasant notes of banana, melon and elder flowers, soft and complex on the palate.
