Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control with maceration on the skins for about 23 days, depending on the grape variety; malolactic fermentation in stainless steel; aged 12 months in stainless steel, and another 12 months in bottle.
Tasting: Brilliant ruby red colour; intriguing nose with red fruits, flowers and a hint of spices; freshand elegant palate with well-integrated tannin.
Food Pairing: On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, well balanced, easy to appreciate with grilled meat.
