Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature tor 20 days. Ageing in stainless steel tor two months.
Tasting: Intense and brighi straw yellow with golden reflections, on the nose offers a large and complex bouquet with elegant
and persistent hints ot Yellow Peach, Pineapple, Cinnamon and white flowers, in the mouth it is pleasantly truity, dry, quite persistent, with a good body and an excellent balance.
Food pairing: Aperitif, dishes based on fish, soft cheeses.
