Vineyard: South/west exposition, 5.430 vines/ha, yield 90, height 300 m a.s.l.
Vinification: Prefermentative cold maceration for 4 days with subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature for about 15 days. Malolactic fermentation in 500 l French wooden barrels. Aging in steel and in bottle for 6 months.
Tasting: Intense ruby red, with hints of red fruit, blackberry, black currant, plum and prunes that are combined with light notes of white chocolate and cocoa. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, with good balance.
Food Pairing: Easy to appreciate with both grilled red meat and less tasty dishes.
