Harvest: Manual in small cases.
Harvest: Calcareous soil with good mix of clay, exposed to south/east, 5.430 vines/ha, yield 60 q.li/ha, height 350 m a.s.l
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, after a few hours of steeping, the skins are separated from the must; fermentation then continues at 16 degrees. Ageing in stainless steel for two months.
Tasting: Light pink, bright, very fragrant, from pink grapefruit to floral scents of rose. Excellent drinkability thanks to the perfect balance of nose and mouth.
Food pairing: Rose wine has a wide possibility of combining, from generic starters of cold cuts, to fried and savory fish like octopus.
